About This Site
Mallorca Climate Control is a comparison service for air conditioning, heat pumps and heating on the island. It matches property owners with companies that do the work. It does not do the work.
Why the site exists
Getting three comparable prices for a climate system is harder than it should be. Each company is told the property and the requirement slightly differently, each assumes something different about what is included, and the owner ends up comparing three answers to three questions.
One written description, sent to several companies that work in your area, removes most of that. The prices come back against the same brief, the exclusions become readable, and the differences mean something.
That is the whole service. There is nothing else being sold here, and no company pays to be included in a comparison.
How it works, and what it costs you
- You describe the property and what it needs, once.
- The request goes to air conditioning and heat pump companies that work in your area and take on that kind of job.
- Each company contacts you directly with its own price, timing and approach.
- You compare them, choose one, or choose none. Using the site costs you nothing.
- Any agreement is between you and the company you pick. We are not a party to it.
What we do not do
Worth stating plainly, because comparison sites are often something else underneath.
- We do not install, service or repair anything.
- We do not set prices, and we do not negotiate on your behalf.
- We do not charge you, and companies do not pay to be compared.
- We do not rank companies, and there is no paid position.
How your request reaches a company
Mallorca Climate Control is a comparison service. A request for air conditioning or heating goes to the air conditioning and heat pump companies on our list; they quote the work and carry it out, and any agreement is between you and the company you pick.
